A free time card calculator for your site
Run a blog for hourly workers, an HR or small business site, or a page for your own team? Add a working time card calculator in one paste. Visitors enter their in and out times and breaks and get the week in hours and minutes, decimal hours, overtime and pay, without leaving your page.
- No ads inside the widget, no pop-ups, no sign-up.
- Private: the times people enter stay in their own browser. Nothing is sent to us or to you.
- Made for phones: native time pickers, one tap Clock in now, night shifts, CSV and print.
- Fits your page: light, dark or matching the visitor's device, and it grows to the height of the card.
How to add it
- WordPress: add a Custom HTML block and paste the code.
- Squarespace: add a Code block and paste the code.
- Wix: add Embed Code, then Embed HTML, and paste the code.
- Google Sites: choose Embed, then Embed code, and paste the code.
- Any other site: paste it into the HTML where the calculator should appear.
Some site builders remove the last line (the small script). The calculator still works; it just keeps a fixed height with its own scroll bar.
The credit line
The code ends with a short line: Free time card calculator by QuickTimeCard. Please keep it. It is how people find the tool, and it keeps the widget free.
Questions
Is the time card widget free?
Yes, free for any website, personal or business. There are no ads inside it and no account to create.
Where is the data people enter stored?
Only in each visitor's own browser. The widget does not send their times to QuickTimeCard or to your site.
Can I show a two week time card?
Yes. Pick Two weeks above and copy the code again. Overtime is still counted for each week on its own.
